I almost didn't write this article - Issue #21
Dear You,
I missed last week's letter and I was almost missing this one but then I remembered something: I am in control. I can push myself to do the things I want to do. I can choose to make excuses or I can get this done no matter how little. I thought about all the reasons why I shouldn't do it - because I am tired, It's late, I don't know what to write about... I am tired.
But then, I thought of all the reasons why I needed to do it - You were expecting it, you deserve to also see me in these moments when I am tired but I push through, I made a commitment to myself to do this, I don't want to lose my consistency streak, etc.
Next time you don't feel like doing something, think about reasons why you should do it.
